Ana Maria Bernal
Ana Maria Bernal was born in Bogotá in 1969. Her passion for nature, especially flowers, are to make this her current theme.
The fact of choosing this kind must, in addition to her deep interest in painting and nature, is to spread this art in Colombia and to support conservation projects through her work.
She began studying painting in America, a disciple of the Conchita Firgau Master inthe Art Institute of Weston, where he began her career learning different techniques ... landscape, portrait, still life, oil, acrylic, pencil, charcoal.This was the beginning of a beautiful career.
Years later, she returns home to Colombia, where she continues her studies with teachers Santoyo Araujo, Maria Eugenia Plazas, and Elma Pignalosa.
In her paintings there is a great approach of details, textures and color vibrations, thus showing the spirit of nature.
She has painted over the past 12 years, and her dream is to strengthen environmental awareness and create more love for our natural heritage.
